What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations must be received by 11am on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night’s stay. Non-arrivals will incur a charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night’s stay, and have any remaining nights cancelled without prior notice. Any pre payment deposits paid are non-refundable if cancelled.
Do You Have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have wi-fi in all bedrooms and public areas of the hotel.
How Much Does The Wi-Fi Cost?
Nothing, it’s absolutely free!
What Time Is Check-In?
Check-In is from 3:00pm. However, should your room be ready prior to that time, we will grant you early access to the room before 3:00pm. Please note that requests for an early check-in can be taken but are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability on the day.
Do I Need To Provide A Credit/Debit Card On Check-In?
Yes. We do require a credit or debit card on arrival from all guests without exception. You may use a card to make a payment for the accommodation on arrival, or if the room is pre-paid or you wish to pay using cash, we will require a £30.00 pre-authorisation from a valid credit or debit card. This is held as a deposit for the duration of your stay to guarantee for any incidentals, and is adjusted or released on departure by our Reception team. Please note that your bank may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to process the release of the pre-authorisation if there are no extras to be settled on departure.
Where Can I Park My Car?
We have offsite parking available within a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. This is limited and available only on a first-come, first-served basis and is charged at £10 per night. If you require parking, please see Reception on arrival who will advise you of availability and direct you to the car park. If our car park is full by the time you arrive, there is ample parking in the immediate area and we will advise you of the nearest alternatives.
What Time Is Check-Out?
Check-Out is by 11:00am. Late check-outs of 2.00pm are available only when pre-arranged and charged at £20.00 per room.
Can I Store My Luggage With You If My Room Is Not Ready?
Yes! We have a Luggage Storage facility on the ground floor in Reception, which you can use prior to, or after your stay, for as long as you wish.
Do You Offer Breakfast And What Time Is It Served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00am until 10:00am Monday-Friday and from 7:30am until 10.30am Saturday & Sunday.
Can I Have Breakfast Brought To My Room?
Yes! We can provide a Continental Breakfast to your room should you wish to enjoy breakfast in bed! However, we do apply a tray charge of £4 for this service (only available Mon-Fri).
Do You Offer Evening Meals And What Time Is It Served?
Our restaurant is open from 6.30pm until 9.00pm Monday-Friday for evening meals from our seasonal A La Carte menu. Please note that our restaurant and room service is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Do You Offer Room Service?
Yes! We do offer a separate Room Service Menu during the restaurant’s evening opening hours. However, we do apply a tray charge of £4 for this service.
Are your bedrooms air-conditioned?
Whilst our bedrooms do not have air-conditioning, the ground floor is fully air-conditioned for our guest’s comfort. We have a limited number of fans which can be provided upon request for bedrooms.
